my guess is maybe plastic Turbo Twist or Cup I or II wheels that use 3M adhesive tape to attach to your cookies or phone dials

That should work great with the turbo simulator thing being sold on ebay. Why buy a 951, when for under $100 it will the swoosh sound and fancy calipers.

I make those too. you have to install them by wire or gluing them on using Silicone Glue!
