Post Need assembly help - everything under kick panel

It must have been 6 months since I pulled all this stuff out, and I can't for the life of me remember how it goes back together. I have all the pieces (as seen in the pic). I really hope someone can give me some instructions on how to put it back together....PLEEEEEEEASE! I had everything shoved under the carpet from when I was messing with the FQS and think it's time to do it properly.

I had the same problem when I first took mine apart. The second time around, I took pictures:
