Post replacement sway bar bushings

Well I see that my passenger side front sway bar bushing is shot because the previous owner did not take care of a oil leak,so what are you guys useing as replacements on the street?I have a 1987-944S with the standard front sway bar,I am thinking of changing the center and end bushings.Any brands or vendors preferred over others?Any tips for the removal and install of the bushings? Thanks in advance.

I got mine from http://www.paragon-products.com/ They were only a few dollars for each one. I found the job to be very simple on my '83. I had to "hammer" the bushings into the metal brackets. I used a silicone spray to slide them onto the bar then. It was like butter.

Goodluck!

If you are going to replace the bushings, you may also want to consider replacing the drop-links, or at least giving them a good inspection.

I had to replace the drop-links that attach to the A-arms as one failed at the seam. I got all parts needed from Paragon.

Also, make sure that all of the drop-link connections are good and tight, as the connections to the body for the forward most drop-links were loose on my car – almost to the point of loosing one of the bolts.

Soapy water makes a good lube for installing the bushings, too.

How long does it take to replace an inner sway bar bushing? I'm doing mine tonight, but have other projects competing for my time as well...
