Default Took my Girlfriend's Mom for a ride.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kSPgcWm2VlE

I took my Girlfriend's Mom for a ride at this weekend's autocross. It was on slicks in the wet, so it was a good time. She went for another ride later in the day. She loved it!

Hopefully, that video works.

This was her first time in the Porsche, let alone on an autocross course.

That was great!

I thought she was going to make the wtf face at first but she stayed cool. My wifes Mom would just crap and be all pissed at me.

Excellent! Thank you, fella. =)

Yeah, she stayed cool. I said try to keep the screaming down if possible. She's been known to grab the arms of people who are driving when something goes awry (like in a recent snow-storm incident with her husband), but she took this very well. I was surprised!

I didn't realize how much you get tossed around with stock seats and belts.

Curious... what class are you running in SCCA. Can't be stock because you are using a harness.

Ah, reminded me when I forced my sister to drive my car and floor it in 3rd gear at 17psi to redline...

dmalo810-The car is running in E-Stock. Don't tell anyone. The others in the class have similar mods (Seat, Harness) so we've got a gentlemans agreement. The car is stock besides suspension upgrades and tires.

Roman- Yep. That thing moves like a wet noodle. I'm used to the click-clack precise shifting of my Subarus gearbox, but this gets the job done.
