Default EuroTech wheels, just an FYI...

No afiliation, just an FYI.

I came across a vendor of some very reasonable priced 18x8.5 and 18x10 rims. They're called EuroTech: http://stores.shop.ebay.com/EuroTech-Luxury-Wheels

A set of those rims costs $700 (when I looked today). tman has them on his 951 and I think they look great:

I wonder what tire sizes he's running...

Karl.

The answer you would like: They weigh less than 16in Fuchs and are forged.

The answer you will probably get: They weigh more than any stock wheel and they are cast.

Good looking though.

I think it's a great price on a nice looking wheel. They are a bit on the heavy side, but for $700 you are not going to get lightweight forged wheels.
I would not stick them on a racecar obviously.
I get compliments about them all the time.
They are 18 x 8 and 18 x 10. I'm running 225's and 275's. 295's would fit.

They are a great looking wheel...and as a guy who likes Fuchs, and thinks they're one of the few wheels that looks "right" on a Porsche, I can honestly say that I'd rather have a set of tman's wheels, or something very similar, on my 944 than a set of (bleah) phone dials or cookie cutters. Not putting anyone down who likes those or has 'em, they're just not my favorites.
Good looking car, tman.

EDIT: Lol, I saw the reflection of the opposite curb in the third pic, and thought some asshat had heinously keyed your car...nice shine!

$700 for a set of 18" wheels sounds good to me.

ebay is full of 18" knockoffs for 500-700 bucks. They're cast and heavy as hell...

What kind of profiles on the 225s and 275s?

Thanks.

295s do fit

There are several listers running various sets. I myself get complements like t-man all the time. However these wheels are temporary for me because of their weight. I needed 18's and these fit right up and were cheep. Infact they have a set of 19's that are in a newer design that I like even more.

Can you imagne what the 19's must weigh? haha I think these are easily 30lb wheels.
