Talking Track Toy RS3: Completion Photos

Greetings All...

Finally. Complete. After almost 1 year (to the day), the RS3 is complete. I have been working on the last bits of cleaning up, painting, installing parts, etc. Finally the car is ready to go. Only one last thing to install - the fire extinguisher. But that can wait until I find a good spot.

The goal for this car has been simple - Create a fast, safe, and reliable toy for weekend track blasting. The result is what I show you now. A HUGE THANKS TO TODD KETCHUM AND J3 MOTORSPORTS. I appreciate their patience and Todd's hard work putting this motor in. It is truly fantastic.

Here are the photos along with detail shots from this morning:

Simply gorgeous Chad !! I would love to try that thing, I'm sure it will be a blast on the track.

I also love the bronze wheels I was thinking of doing that myslef for my track wheels !!

One thing that caught my eye, there is a small gap where the fenders meet the front bumber, is this normal? I don't think it is.

Dude that car is amazing! Are you really going to let it get all dirty tracking it?

Meh...minor. Besides the nose (original) was bumped by the PO. There are some cracked bits inside. Besides, this is a track toy. Not a show car. If you stare at the fenders too long, I will be passing you.

Not going to do it until the AC is out and the hood has been replaced with a CF or FRC one.

It's going to be nice and light that's for sure!

You should kick around losing the flags, maybe a small aero mirror or two.

It's just a little thing on a totally gorgeous track car I agree

Last time I checked I am around 2600# or so at the moment. I'd like to be below 2500#.

I have thought about losing those mirror and getting aero ones. Maybe a little later.
