Hi - I have an 89 944 S2. with Front 968 M030 30mm and rear 19mm adj swaybars
I have a power steering leak that is ruining my inner sway bar bushings. I know its leaking from the cap under pressure and I'm guessing, since it leaks just sitting there that I also hand a pump or hose leak as well I plan to fix that and replace bushings so.. Most importantly - recommendations on bushings, rubbber / delrin / ?? I'd be up for Delrin if it doesn't add too many point for my class / cost me a fortune. I saw some posts in searching that some people got bushings that were larger than stock that caused fitment problems?!?! Recommendations on a good supplier? Secondly - recommendations on new or lightly pre-enjoyed PS reservoir and hoses? Car is used for the track and getting back and forth to the track only. No other street driving -Mike |

I have Delrin (primarily because it came with the M030 bar when I bought it from someone. It's a fringe benefit that it does not deteriorate with the soaking it gets from an oil leak I have. But I wouldn't give up class points for it. If anything, it'll tighten up the front and cause more understeer. I think Paragon Products sells them.

Yeah you can get them from Paragon for both front inner and outer, and rear.
That's exactly what I run on my track car.

If switching to delrin, I would definitely do for both front and rear bars. That sort of free-play elimination would, I'm sure, cause the balance to get jacked up if not done on both ends of the car.

As for the p/s leak: Check/tighten the hose clamps on the reservoir hoses. Mine were leaky -dripping everyday- and i was able to just tighten the hose clamps... Stopped the leak completely
