"if you take the time", problem most folks don't and inherit a can of worms, if they want to install another radio/have problems with current radio, especially if you take it to an audio shop.

they will make it as ez on themselves as they can and will probably never see the car again and the next owner's shytin' bricks/whining here, about the worthless/should never be allowed to ever work on a car, po because of the the hack job.

Ive always been a fan of Alpine until recently. The tuner went out on my Alpine cd/mp3 headunit and I replaced it with a $150 pioneer. There was a very noticeable improvement in sound of cds. However the pioneer is a pita to set up. Not very user friendly.
