Years ago I worked at a wine and cheese shop for a few months. Cheese and alcohol are among my favorite things in the world, but a rude boss who always looked like she'd just bitten into a cockroach and a co-manager who tried to intimidate colleagues in spite of his beret made the job miserable. The only bright spot was gorging yourself on bricks of cheese in the walk-in cooler and all my other co-workers were great. My favorite co-worker there was a young woman who dreamed of opening a cheese camp one day. Kids would come to cheese camp for a week of running around and eating cheese. I don't think it's happened yet, but if it does their cholesterol will be at unsafe levels after that week of camp.
