I provide with an led as they are not as subject to vibration. Trust me, you don't want to have to do this again for a burnt out bulb when the difference was $3.
Here's a link to the the kit

Thx

I just want to chime in here. My clock was dead the day I bought my car. It bothered me so much that I had poured so many hours and SO much money into this car and that damn clock just sat there staring at me like a dead grey eye of failure.

I got the kit from 914rubber.com and with the directions, literally, within 20 minutes, I rebuilt my clock. Okay, the clock was already out of the car in anticipation of the rebuild, but this was a snap and the kit works like a charm. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND how DHC8FO tracked down the parts, but they are identical to the OEM.

Highly recommend.

The coolest part is that the clock also has a stop watch function. I guess I would have known that had I read the owner's manual. But since my clock was dead, I never bothered. Can't wait to time something, anything. Now, I just have to get my DME temp sender in so it will start in this cold.

John,
I have these set up on the website. If you are international I can refer you to a local reseller.

I never really planned to get into making these in the first place, but I had the problem we all have had, and after contacting a friend of mine that works at a large electronics manufacturer locally and having him try to track these down for me, he was unable to find anything off the shelf. So, he was actually able to have his company make a short run of chips for me. It was not inexpensive, but I knew the community could use these (as well as me!), so I took these on.
I have a few more 944 items I'm working on.

I found the LED light globe on your website but sites cart doesn't allow international orders. Found your ebay site but just the LED light globe isn't for sale there. Is there any way to buy just the LED globe ?

I haven't been shipping international orders in small quantities as I've had a problem with the post office loosing them. I have been using resellers that purchase in quantity and resell locally. I'll send you a contact you can check with.

Funny thing the LCD on my new car (86), needs to be rebuilt now too. At least I know where I can get the LCD

If you need on here in the US -
http://shop.914rubber.com/product.sc...&categoryId=-1

If you have a problem with the link you can go to 914rubber.com
Open the store tab at the top right corner and use the search function type in LCD and you'll find it.

Mark is the man. He even called me back and helped me over the phone to figure out what I didn't do right.
