wheels are good, tbh i like the stock cookie cutters on mine haha. But for a car of its age you bought it in great condition very clean engine bay the guy obviously looked after the thing. Very nice buy.

With all the 944's out there that are currently for sale, I kept coming back to this one mainly because of the color. It's unique, not the usual guards red/black/white. The paint is beautiful too, it has an amazing shine with no peeling or dull spots, hardly any nicks or rock chips.

Anyone know what option code C76 is? Aren't the C's for emissions? Maybe cat converter?

Default Takes me back...

To my senior year in high school. I tore ligaments in my knee. The physical therapist got a 944 about half-way through my recovery. The car was the same color - first person I knew with a 944. Your car looks great.

Great looking car! Love the color.

I don't see a problem with the wheels, either. They're a little "dated" - but so is the car! Nothing wrong with keeping it period-correct.

Mine has manual steering too... I love it! It feels so connected and direct.

I just wish my paint looked that nice. Does it appear to be the original paint on the car?

Enjoy it!

That is quite a find and a very clean car, a time capsule even. The wheels are a personal preference thing. If you like them, keep them. I think manual steering was standard until sometime in the 1984 model year. I am little weak on the early cars though.

Enjoy it!
