Easy. Agree to expand the family
Full story on the art of the deal. And FWIW, here's the puppy at about 2/3 her adult size:

Her name is Josie. My wife, who started the pet therapy program at Henry Ford Hospital, is going to raise her from a pup to be the resident therapy dog at Main Campus. She's an 8-week old Bernese Mountain Dog. Just a bundle of fur and love!

Just own 3 of them at once and she'll think owning 2 is a step in the right direction. My wife is trying to whittle me down to zero.

I did not have to ask. I WAS TOLD to buy a second Porsche. AT the last D.E., I lost the clutch in my 89 944, also DD. My wife said no more driving the daily at the track. Find another one to use on track day. looking for a 964. Was going for a 951, but everyone said not to, get a 911. So I say get a second Porsche, whatever it may be. Two are better than one, Kinda like girl friends, *****, beer- one for each hand. Oh I guess with two girl friends that would be four *****. Even better.
Good luck

beat me to it. I tell the wife a lot of guys my age are buying red convertibles and banging their 20 yr old secretarys. Reminds her of how good she has it
ideola, that is one seriously cute puppie/dog! I don't think any woman can stay mad long around that kind of cuteness

You say:
"This way when one is broken*, I wont have to borrow your car, I can just use the other one!"
*Be sure not to mention that its very possible both will break at the same time.
