Why on earth would you want to do that? Late offset wheels are ugly (especially phone dials).

Aww we hate late dials? Well I'm going to post em anyways. My winter rims on an 88 944S, 15x6 phone dials in bronze. Dunlop 195/65 snow tires.

I think PD's look good on 944's, but the late offset ones are fugly because the center sticks out almost as far as the the lip. I like wheels that have a fat lip because they add a "bad ***" factor to the car.

Forged Club Sport 7Jx16 on all four corners, satin black powder coat.
Toyo R888 (205/55R16 up front, 225/50R16 out back).

Early offset alu front control arms from an 86 951 with 968 hubs and spindles
Early offset alu trailing arms from an 87 924S with no spacers

Ride height lowered by approximately 1" (~6" clearance from concrete to bottom of rocker).

See this car in person at Hershey. We'll be in space D37/E4.

Dan, I was hoping to cram a 225 on the front of my 924s using 16x7 clubsports. Did your 968 setup require the 205s or will I be stuck with the same?

I'll have another look tomorrow when I get the CS out of the trailer, but I'm fairly certain you will have no trouble with the wider tires on the 7" rims up front.
