Default The horror

I truly dislike the side moldings on my S2, preferring the clean body of my 84. Finding this makes me gag. Guess some Boy Racer wanted a Ferrari.

I could use that on my daily driver. Some of the buffaloes that work in my building don't care what's next to them as they kick their doors open to waddle in to work.

A 1976 944 huh? Let's try a 1976 924 with 944 fenders. Are those even stock fenders? It almost looks like a kit to me.

Definetely a kit, you can see the rear fender join at the c-pillar and the original 924 body under the front fenders. Also the doors look like skins and rocker covers are unique, i.e: not regular aftermarket.

Must have spent some time putting this together driven by some misguided sense of achievement.

Watching too much Miami Vice does have some ill effect but the mirrors are kinda cute.

A friend of mine bought one of these Daytona kit cars and I have to admit it was better than expected. The original owner had fitted it with an extended range fuel tank. He wanted to drive from LA to Las Vegas without getting gas. Something about transporting "goods" if you know what I mean. The movie Blow was based in a true story after all.

This town was another Mena until it all came crashing down. Some people even got special neckties but let's keep off the 'politics' of the 80s)) lol

It looks like he has stolen the door plates from Rieger`s Catano kit for Opel Calibra.

looks half *** decent on the calibra, but crap on the 924.
Anyway, someone should grab that thing quick....931 nose panel, GT nostril, spoilerless hatch, fibre glass GT front bumper replica(worth something as someone has actually made an effort to fit it)...and are those speedline wheels?

+1

By the way, imagine you're wearing tight thin pants, which you would driving this car, and you would try to impress a girl of some sort...leaning on the not quite closed door with your butt cheeks to look cool but those ornaments catching the skin off your butt and pinching it
