LEAKING INJECTOR = FIRE

LEAKING INJECTOR = FIRE
I have had two leaking injectors the past two days. One for each day. Today it caught fire. It looks like there is no damage. I used a dry chem. extinguisher on it very quickly.
I have just re-read the Clark's -Garage write up on injector install. I do not see anything about a lubricant for the "O" rings when the injector is mated to the fuel rail. After searching for solutions on other posts I see that there is a post stating that the factory manual recommends the use of transmission oil for the "O" rings on the injectors. I am not an engineer, but it looks like my not using a lubricant may have damaged my "O" rings.
I use Clark's-Garage a great deal and will continue to do so. It has been, and will continue to be an excellent resource for me. I am open to thoughts on this matter. Perhaps I am misreading something.

I am a crane operator (Meaningless for this discussion...other than...). Hydraulic cranes have hundreds of hydraulic lines, with an o-ring seal at each end.... not a tapered seal. They all need lubed properly before installation. This is what we use....
I've used this on all the o-rings in my car (AOS, oil cooler, fuel injectors), and have never had a problem or leak. Makes assembly SOOOOOO much easier as well.
Not saying tranny fluid, or Vaseline are not correct to use.... this is just what I use. It is made specifically for lubing o-rings.
Parker Stores are all over the country, or any commercial hydraulic shop carries similar stuff.

I was looking for those sets and don't seem to find anybody willing to send them to yurop...
Do you stock these, and if so how much is the price for set of 4?
