Default What unusual 944 collectables have you got?

I was going through my boxes of Porsche stuff I've had for years and came across a couple of things I forgot all about, first a set of playing cards commemerating the release of the 911sc cabriolet and the 944 lux in the UK and secondly a set of real leather drink coasters.

I have this 7 page 944 review from May, 1982 along with an article on Tony Lapine who redesigned the 924 into the 944

The 944 in my driveway is basically an ornament. Being that it has no engine I just push it around and wash it occasionally. It gives me exercise and makes the front of the house look good.

Pretty much every 944 turbo / turbocup poster I have ever seen for sale. Lots of models/kits, factory brochures, slides from turbo cup races, etc...

Just wish I had an actual turbo cup in the garage

Paging DanP(aka 944 fest Dan)

Actually I picked up a 944 (924 Carrera GT) go-cart this summer that's pretty cool. And I'm pretty fond of the 944 Turbo R/C car I scored on craigslist last year. Other than that, a couple posters, new in box matchbox cars, magazines and factory brochures round out the collection. I need to find one of those 924 models now...

- oh, and sorry before you ask for pics the go-cart is burried in the garage for now.

I've got the 951 S dealer poster and a couple Turbo Cup posters, bunch of ads for the 951 framed. This very cool T-shirt from 1991...and some die casts.

I have a 1:1 scale 944 in my garage... it has more in powdercoated parts than what i paid for the car.

I can't afford any other collectibles...
