Hmm, good question. Any performance tune will typically be targeting a little bit richer AFR than factory. But we get turbo cars to pass on 80lb/hr injectors, so I do not expect any issue with emissions on an NA.

But actual emissions - yes. In-fact, our tail-pipe emissions requirements here in Denver are very similar.
