what percentage difference in flow is accepatble between injectors?
I just got the flow sheet from WH. I'm curious about what differences in flow is acceptable.

Good question, I just had a set done last week:
Static Before: 116, 115.5, 114, 117.
Static After: 117, 118, 118, 117.5
Static Variance: Before 2.6%, After .8%
Pulsed Variance: Before 3.4%, After 1%
Static Before: 116, 115.5, 114, 117.
Static After: 117, 118, 118, 117.5
Static Variance: Before 2.6%, After .8%
Pulsed Variance: Before 3.4%, After 1%

I guess the set I just bought is no good then. Pulsed variance is 3.3%. Does this mean I should get a second set and have it tested so I can make two matched sets?

If you happen to have some flow tested or even just some low mileage injectors laying about please PM.
I'm thinking I need to find some better matches for the injectors I have.
