Default tie wraps

looking for part number for the plastic tie wraps that secure the wire bundles and small hoses to the body. They have a round end that slips over the serrated shaft of screws on the body and then become conventional tie wraps.

Both of those are not the right type, no saying they wouldn't work it's just they might not. I did a group buy a few years ago from Digikey who stock the exact same tie. All sold out in a week. Maybe it's time to do another

Good to know. In the group buy I think I ended up order 3 cases of 500 (long ones) from Digikey and sold them for $17 for 25 inc priority shipping. I think Porsche wanted $8 per tie-wrap at the time, but you could actually just buy 1 if that's all you needed.

Those would work. They are not the oem and I think they are the shorter (5in) aftermarket versions, but the stud is in almost the right place and they are reusable like the factory ones.

These are the ones from Digikey.com. They are 8in long, have the stud in exactly the same place as stock and are reusable. They are made by Panduit in the US:

I'd be in for 50 if the price was as you posted for the first group buy. Seems like 90% of mine are shot. New Mexico heat, age and ham-fisted mechanics have taken care of the rest. Let me know if you're going that route again.

Just stripped the battery box and two layers of fiberglass and two coats of canned truck bed spray plus a battery vent line from the battery vent tube down the fender drain hole should make it good to go.
