Default For those of you considering drilling your bumper shocks

Well, just watch this:

http://youtu.be/jGtiOtve6Ao

After all I read about doing this I was expecting a big ol' explosion, needless to say we were disappointed.

Also I changed my name to something a little more suiting, my car could really use a wash

So, where exactly are you supposed to drill? I always thought it was from behind (hehe). Also, he looked like Merlin, minus the beard!

dillon: I like that look, but I couldn't deal with the studs and holes so I taught myself to use bondo! I left the holes on the drivers side because that's where the liscence plate will go(eventually)

hopps: if you search you'll find people who can explain the whole thing better than me. I'm pretty sure anywhere on the inside shaft thing will get you some fluid.

That video made me laugh.
Case in point.. If your older brother ever asks you to do something, question it first.

Now time to install a real set of lights instead of the (OEM candles) in the fog ligths location,I went with Bosche Pilote clears lens on my ex 944.Rear had an A.I.R fiberglass bumper to match the front. No need for a license plate braket holes ,you mount it flush using two aluminum flat bars & two ways sticker tape.Last pic is how the Bosch Pilot look after being on the car for eigth years pic was taken last year.

Why are the bumper shocks being drilled? What's the story behind this?
