924 and 944 Factory Shop Manuals FS
I have a set of (paper) factory shop manuals for the 924 and 944 NA that I'd like to sell. I'm thinking $200 for both sets.

That's a good price if it was 2006. Since then a number of dealers heavily discounted all rheir factory manuals. Most people who wanted a hard copy got them then.

Interesting. I knew pirated copies could be had inexpensively but it's hard to beat free downloads. Oh well. Maybe in another 20 years they'll be collector's items...

are you selling each individual year of 924 and 944 as a complete library?

Mazda, the term 'volumes' is used because Porsche breaks down the manual into separate parts; engine, electrical, body, etc. The were printed in 1988 and cover all NA cars. I think they printed updates of sections every so often so the manuals could be kept up to date (like service bulletins). However, because the early 944 shared a lot with the later 924, you need the 924 manuals if you want all of the info on the early 944 models (they refer back to the 924 manual in some places). If you have a series 2 944, you don't need the 924 manuals at all (I'm pretty sure).
