For some reason I do not see these on my 86 951... Any ideas? Where exactly are they located?

There under the plastic cowl cover in between the fuse box and battery ontop of the fire wall. I have never checked mine but probably should.

Any suggestions on how to get the cover off without damaging it and putting it back on well?
