Now im trying to figure out how to get this bolt out. It finally broke off flush with the block and the ez-out broke in the top of the bolt. The ez-out material it hard enough I cant drill into it. I'm at the point I think might have to pull the motor and take it somewhere.

Lower front oil cooler plate. The head snapped off taking it out. Had about 1/4-3/8" sticking out. That wound up twisting off. That was after heating several times and a lot of pb blaster. I then drilled a hole and it broke part of the easy out off. The last thing I can think of is take my dremel wheel so I can make a good mark in the center of the bolt and try redrilling for an easy out. I can drill out the broke piece I have already because it's too hard for my skinny little drill bits.
I may just take the evening to relax. This was supposed to be my spring break instead it's my spring work and swear a lot at an inanamate object.

First, carefully collect all your remaining EZ-Outs, and then throw them all away. They much too frequently break off inside the bolt and make things way worse, just like you have experienced. Your best bet at this point is to get a new, good, set of cobalt bits, and slowly and carefully drill that bolt out. Start with a very small bit, and center it as perfectly as you can. Then work your way up in size until you are close to the original threads. Sometimes, at that point, you can use a tap to scrape out the rest of the bolt and save the original threads. If not, then you'll need to get a helicoil or timesert kit instead. To install those, you end up drilling the hole bigger than it originally was (completely removing all traces of the old bolt) and rethreading it with the helicoil or timesert insert. With patience, it can be done...

I think that's still going to require me pulling the motor out. I don't think I'll be able to get everything lined up as perfectly as needed laying on my back. I guess as long as I am sealing the front I'll redo a rear main seal and check the clutch while I am at it.
I'll get get some new bits tomorrow and see if I can do it without pulling the motor but I doubt it'll be possible. Also going to get a good punch.

I would definitely exhaust all efforts to get that bolt out before going with the helicoil. I agree ez outs usually end up making the problem worse. Hence the comic I made last time I did my waterpump.
Good luck sir.
