Default i'll miss it

well, i'm finally getting rid of my 944, going to the local fire academy for training. i'm going through and pulling any part i think is worth taking, and spending the time with it(as apposed to a relic in the driveway) is actually making me sad.

i guess when i sell my stealth later this year it's going to be time for some 951 hunting, or 911, whichever i desire more at the moment.

it will the first porsche that the fire academy has ever had donated, so yey, i guess.

Am sorry but for clarification....are you parting out the car? I may have a couple of small parts request if so.

Good luck with the fire academy, I was a police officer before 911; its always good to see someone else going into the real public service brotherhood.

no, the car is going to the academy for training, to be set on fire.

there are a few parts that i've taken off to sell. it's still here, so tell me what you need.

it had an engine fire, so all engine related parts are useless(if even there anymore)

What kind of stealth do you have? My father had a 91 R/T TT.....loved that car when it came out!

i have a 92 r/t TT. just 20yrs later it costs more to keep it running than it's worth. ex: i've spent 28k on it, it's worth 10k. good choice on the e92 m3, manual or dct?

by spare, you want the collpasible? as for regular wheels, can't do, must be able to roll. both handles?

Could use a new set of the front sunroof flip down levers. Both of mine have one tooth missing. The ones you flip down prior to removing the sunroof. Checked both my parts cars and same story. If yours are in good shape I will take them off your hands for a decent price.

BTW are you going to film the 944 being torched? Have to admit wouldn't mind seeing how fast it goes up in a morbid kind of way since I drive mine an average of 600 miles per week.

mine are in great shape, shockingly i never had a problem with them.

i've not asked if i could film it, i'll ask when they pick it up tomorrow. from personal experience, it really doesn't go up that quickly from natural causes.

If you have any micro switches in it, trunk or door lock ill send you a case of beer in return or what ever you want for them

When my Esprit went up in flames it was a slowish painful burn and then suddenly, no, no, no, no, no, gone.
