First of all, THANK YOU TRAVIS AND RENNBAY!!!! What a fantastic time! So much fun, everything from the incredible examples of cars to the great driving, meeting the amazing people, the great door prizes and dinner, even the rain of fire we launched on North East Ohio with those Chinese lanterns (I still can't believe those are legal)! Even better was watching all those 944's KICK BUTT on the track.
I took hundreds of pictures and will put them up on Photobucket some time today. The pics of the amazing class winners in the 944 show are worth it alone.

Okay, here are some pics. I thought I had more of the car show, Sorry about that, but I am sure there will be others who can contribute more of those.
Obviously the cars are moving very fast, so I apologize for the blur. As it was I had to use manual focus and try to lead the cars to catch them in the frame.

Yep. It was a blast. It was great to meet everyone, and put some faces to the avatars. I just made it home now. Left Sunday morning before the track anouncer woke everyone up!
Corey. They weren't lanterns..they were UFO's man! we even managed to shoot a couple down Sat night! Got to love hand held fireworks.
I'll post some pics of the track group shots of 32 944's all lined up.
One last note. Nobody tried to jump the fire pit Sat night, so you can all rest easy...motor biking in the dark was something altogether different.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself out there. The weather could not have been better, and the cars and people just made it better. For those of you I met, thanks for making it so memorable. For those of you I didn't meet, there's always next year!

Another Fest in the books. Great time, thanks Travis, Skip, Eric, Jon, Scott and everyone else who helped out and helped me out. I've got a piece of film to share. This is from the guy chasing me when I deployed both smoke and oil slick on his cute little 135.

After 15 years of track abuse and other thwompoing, my stock bottom'ed engine threw
#4 at the kink. Good thing I've got a lift and a LOT of friends with parts and expertise!!
Look close and you will see Dan J get a black flag because his hood was not fully latched.
Nice seeing ya'll again. ::
