I love this thread!! We are in iowa and occasionally road trip to chicago to visit other car buddies, go to the chicago auto show, or just play on the toll ways. This is from our most recent trip to the auto show. It was taken during a lunch break at steak and shake(our favorite stop since we don't have those here). From front to back: nissan 350z, 1983 944, Mazda RX-7 fc na, Toyoa MR2 turbo, Mazda RX-7 fd turbo (modified to around 400ish horsepower and kinda scary), Ford Mustang. We also occasionally have another mustang and a 914 join us on our chicago trips. It's a great group of guys and girls, and some very fun cars.

I have no pictures. My older friend has an audi r8, a GT-R, a g37coupe, a camaro ss. I just gave him a ride an hour ago and he approves that my 951 is very fast for how old it is and how simple of mods it has. The other older friend has a turbo 370z. My other friends have trans ams, mustangs, etc.

My best man invited me to a 'Car Spotting' group he created amongst coworkers on Facebook Messenger. Brilliant idea. You know how you tell your friends or family, "oh man, I saw this gorgeous Aston at lunch today"... well now there's an app for that. Realtime photos, comments, etc. in a group. Updates on car repair pains and car escapade gains. Good times from the lives of family men trying to get by as car enthusiasts, pushed hourly to our iPhones.

Anyway, amongst the group besides me with the 951 and S8, there is a D3 A8, a couple late-model WRXs, a new A5, a new Outback, a Z3, a new GTI, a new FIAT 500, an older E-Class, a new 328i, and an E30 M3 rotting in a garage which we constantly pester the guy to (half-heartedly kid about ditching his engagement ring purchase and) start restoring.
