there a place to download or buy a manual? I found this but want to be
sure it's legit....

Porsche NA (North America) has always frowned on "sharing" its copyrighted material.
Pelican Parts does not even show parts diagrams and refers you to the Official Porsche site:

Full printed sets are available on ebay or sometimes in "parts for sale". My gently used set cost me about $100.. Usually $200-400 +-used.

Many CD copies on ebay --pretty cheap
