Default Refinishing my fuchs

I'm getting ready to refinish the fuchs so i can put them on the car.
I need help choosing the right color though , i like the classic look in black but copper also looks really nice.
What do you think looks best ? the car is red...
Here is a quick trial to get the idea

Cooper? I think you meant to say copper. IMHO, for a red car, if the copper color was a bit "brassier, like polished copper (the copper you show leans towards pink) then I think that would be ok. Maybe the color due to lighting comes out as pinkier. I'm a fan of black or even a very dark gray METALLIC, for your car color. Some people go really off the page and use yellow or white, but personally, I think that shouts. That's just my opinion for what it's worth.

yes i meant copper ,now corrected
The pics are very bad , looks much better really and it has a nice shine.
Also that one i painted without preparing the surface ,just a quick spray over dirt and grime for a quick test.

I like the gold/copper look as well. Was thinking of doing up my Fuchs like that for my black 944, right now it has polished 'turbo' phone dials on it.

personally, I don't like the copper color, but it's your car, not mine.

For a red car I think I'd be inclined to paint the centers a matching red.
