Why not so? I understand how comprehensive insurance works, the fact is there is ZERO evidence of a deer hit, even stated by CHP. I was just pointing out that if he was fully insured he would be getting paid.

Also to the guy who had his car totaled because progressive wanted to use OEM parts, that's actually pretty awesome. Most of the time they want to put junk Chinese or used stuff on. While it sucked that they totaled it, image if you had a late model Porsche, would you want anything other than new OEM parts?

I'm living in Jersey and this is making me question my decision to get comprehensive put on both vehicles. Perhaps I should scrap that stuff, save money each year and put it towards other things.
