Default New BSRD 944 5-speed drive shafts are here!

Hi Everyone,

Just got in our new order of ten 944 5-speed drive shafts. The new drive shafts are made of a stronger material than stock and are gold zinc plated.

Fresh tolerances on the splines and pilot bearing end nub where most of the used drive shafts have problems.

$450.00 each, plus S&H. Picture below of each end:

What are you doing to be snapping drive shafts in two?

That is cool. I replaced the TT on my '86 951 when the shaft broke off at the splines on the transaxle end, and have it sitting in my yard, a couple years now...I didn't want to toss it out, I wanted to rebuild it and have one for when I need to redo the one in my current car. Now I can!

Except I am out of money at the moment. At least I have a source when I am ready. Thanks!

Jeff

...I think he was being sarcastic.

But driveshafts do break, I know this for a fact!

Hi Jeff,

Sounds good and we have seen our share of broken drive shafts.

I thought he might have been, but was hoping he wasn't being that way.

Thank you,
