Tampa 928s

I have a leak on the top of the control tower "where the rubber boot cover and steering shaft meet". Trying to determain what seals maybe leaking. Anyone else experience this same area leaking if so what was done to repair it.

Normal maintenance issue. Cleaning up well and diagnosis of exact leak point determines next steps.
