Looking for a used/good condition 944 NA 2.5 engine for my 85.5. Head gaskets are toast in mine and want to get a backup/clean it up before swapping and have a good backup sitting around. Located in south/central Pennsylvania.

Wouldn't it be less effort to just change the head gasket?

I would prefer to have an extra engine around in case anything happens in the future I can have one ready to go.
