I'm not sure what is on there, but I would try this

product of 3M. It is called General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner.

I see that earlier in this thread I had suggested that I would raise the price of these Spare Tire Covers to $150. I think the last few of these that I have sold I priced at $125, but that was for the Covers that fit 80 to 95. The Covers for 78/79 are a bit different and take a little more effort, so their price is $140. I am going to stick with these two prices for the time being. That is plus S&H of about $40 or $45, depending on where they are going. Much more for international shipping.
