What's in a name? How does your screen name relate to the 928? Or does it?

Three Wheelin'
When I bought my 928, 19 years ago, I owned a old fire station (No. 9) that I had converted into an upscale pub; hence: "Ninespub". I sold it (the pub) 10 years ago but still have the 928. Sometimes I think I've put more money in my 928 than I did building that pub! I now have a steak house in a 152 year old building but probably wouldn't change my name to "Meatman" because there might be claims of harassment with all the snowflakes out there.

Mine is the family ranch brand, no animals today, but in the family since the 1880's. looks like this ----> with a long T laying on its side underneath facing the opposite direction, hence the "lazy T"

My screen name is my call sign and it is how people always address me in the 928 world. Stuck with me for decades and was there long before forums. My last and favourite ride of them all is in my avatar.

Dannyfumi is another one that I found out was not his name. Roger and I were in a discussion about a Danny in the local DFW 928 car scene and he kept talking about this Danny guy with a different last name. Found out that his last name is not Fumi.
My screen name stems from the time prior to RL when my son and I bought a project car and were working on it together. It was to be his to drive and I let him make a lot of the decisions at the time. One was the color. The car came to us as a platinum quartz metallic 84 Euro. We worked on it for a couple of years just kinda stumbling around but making some progress. We finally appropriated the correct fenders and front bumper cover and I asked what color we were going to paint it. Red was the answer. A week later, I found Rennlist or it found me and I had to come up with a screen name. We ended up painting the car metallic black against my protestations. Too much trouble to change my screen name so I left it.

Tomkat Properties is my business name. Before Tom Cruise and Katy Homes made it popular, my wife combined Tom and Katherine and I added our zip code at the time since tomkat is often taken as a user name.
