looking for a part: S4 Fog Light Lens Assembly
Hi Sharks,
looking for this piece missing piece of secondary light to the left of the parking lights. does anyone know where i can order it from?
second, it as easy as removing the other three screws from the existing light, replacing and fitting this piece next to it?
thanks in advance,

Your title says "Brake lights", but it looks like a fog light.
Those are the adjusters. They are supposed to be used to properly aim the light.
What they mostly do is break.
Not available AFAIK, but there have been some folks talking about 3D printing them.
No clue what the status of that project is.

Its a little pricey new, but... You can give the part number to your local Porsche dealer and they can bring it in for you if you go that route. Also, maybe give 928 International a call, they may have a good used one for less.

Fixed the title for you.
The lens assembly includes the glass, the reflectors and adjusters, and the seal where it all fits into the plastic housing that's bolted to the bumper inside the PU shell. The rights and lefts are different, and the US and euro versions are different too.
The adjusters get torn up when users start turning them while trying to remove the lens assembly. Little plastic arms ride on the adjusting screws, and connect to the reflectors. They flex a certain amount in normal adjustment range, but age and plastic arthritis combine to make them fragile especially when the adjustments are moved too far from center.
New assemblies are available from our trusted sponsor-vendors. There's an ongoing effort to generate some 3D-printed replacements.
But... The damage you show in your picture will need the lens assembly to solve, since it looks like the lens support plastic is damaged.
I'll warn you that you'll really want to replace the left and right at the same time. The reflectors dull over time, and the lenses get sand-and rock-blasted in use. Replacing one will instantly and dramatically age the other one still on the car.

To the OP, not sure how much you love your car, but new fog light assemblies cost perhaps $625 each retail. So unless you patch that broken piece of plastic to be able to accept the $30-$50 filler piece you are looking at +/-$1,000 or so for two new assemblies. If you join PCA you should be able to get at least a 20% discount off of retail at your local Porsche dealer with that membership. 928 International specializes in good used parts, so that would be your best value for money, and since they are used like your other side you only need to buy one, not two, definitely your best bet. Call 928 Motorsports and 928 Specialists as well as they may have a good used assembly. eBay is also an option, but that may take some time.

Let's keep the posts in the spirt of helping the OP answer the questions. Save the potshotting for somewhere else. Please. Or risk the giant sword, vs the scalpel when it comes to fixing errant posts.

Malfy....What John said. I recently went through the process of sourcing these, and they're as plentiful as hen's teeth. And bear in mind, when they're used, they likely have been "well used" assuming that anyone has one they're willing to part with.. From Porche, be prepared to take out a 2nd mortgage and likely wait a few months.
Roger can do his usual magic and get these to you at the best price, in the shortest time. I'm in Canada, and 99% of the time, if I need something quickly, it's at my front door the next day.
Happy hunting!

thanks Joe. you're correct, front fog lights. brain fart by me while working late last night. joe-when you say it aimed the light, do you mean the light self adjusted or was there an interior control to aim them?
separately, if anyone is able to 3d print these i would be interested.

Self adjust? No. Not back then.
Adjust from inside? Again, no. There was an adjustment available for height (heavy load in the back) on Euro cars. But that was the headlights, not the fogs.
They are 'old school' adjustment screws. In theory, you turn the screw and the light moves. You can see the arrows indicating which way.
There are a couple guys on here who 3D print a few things.
I have seen a few posts discussing the possiblity/practicality of making these adjusters. I don't think that anyone has actualy done it. If someone has, that would be great.
