Default Transmission Mounts $145

I have stock of new aftermarket transmission mounts - excellent quality and a great price of $145 each.
New from Porsche these are now $460 each.

Man, could have had it added to the order that shipped yesterday.

Will these be readily available form you in the future?

Best,

Added these to my car a couple years back. Felt a noticeable difference immediately after. Well worth the time and expense.

Hi Alex - Definitely a DIY project. It's literally 2 bolts holding each of them on. Look under your car; if the transmission is sitting on the cross-member, your mounts are shot. Here are before and after pics of mine:

Sitting on the cross-member. Nicht bueno

A gap between the cross-member and the transmission. Sehr bueno.

This is a spectacular price on these mounts. I played some trying to add different stuffings to the cavities to bring back the height. I was chasing hot air intrusion into the cabin when I changed mine. The differential height looked OK, and it turned out the old/original mounts were only about half collapsed using the cross-member space as the guide. After a few failed attempts at a serviceable hack, I put the new mounts in. Hot air problem solved, plus way less conducted gearbox noises into the cabin. You'd thing the 'slush' in the auto box would make them quieter. They can be if the gearbox is at proper height.

Now I hear can clearly the fuel pump whining.

Installed a set this morning on a car with a pronounced vibration in the driveline. Much, much better.

Pic of Cylons.

Seems that as the rubber age the entire transaxle sits on the front and rear cross members (with engine mounts and transmission mounts failing).

Just a small note on changing the mounts to make sure you check the shims if needed so clearance and load distribution (left/right) I even. Follow the instructions in the WSM reference: 37-123 "Adjusting Transmission Suspension".
