Default 1990 S4 - respray to Pearl White L947

On Dr Bob's sage advice, I've closed my other thread as I'd mixed wheel design questions with updates on the respray progress.

Original thread here:

1990 S4 in Pearl White - which wheels? - Rennlist - Porsche Discussion Forums

This thread will be focused on the re-spray journey....

The main man for the 928 in the UK - Paul Anderson: Porsche 928 specialists based in Stroud, UK (928spares.co.uk)

Hence the many 928s in the external photos :-)

The paint shop told me they had sprayed between 35 and 40 928s in the past 5 years for Paul!

Was your car originally L947? It's a great color. We just recently had our 84 911 resprayed in L947 (originally grand prix white)

Hey!

No, it was GP White when I bought it. I then had it wrapped in 3M Pearl White but that's faded a little over the years.....of course we need pics of your car!

That looks so good, but I love pearl white.

I color changed my Cayenne Turbo S from black to pearl white when doing the widebody conversion. Even painted the skybox to match.

Can't wait to see yours finished.
