6.0-928S

On my 89 GT the w/washer & low coolant level warning lights come on but both are full. However, they both came on at the same time. Now they both come on every time I start the car. Is there anywhere where the two circuits intersect? Not likely that both sensors failed at the same time. Any thoughts?
