Yes, Andrew (AO) and I know John very well, and also this car, its all sorted out and wasn't abused, ready to go as far as I know.
Watched and helped John at various track events here in MI, That car runs great and John was turning great times w/ it.
I'm sure AO will chime in when he sees this thread.

Yep. Great car and a great owner. It's very fast and capable. Has stand alone engine management (den't recall which), but seems to run really really well. Plenty of cooling including trans coolers. The owner, John, is very meticulous. Nothing half-assed. At our local track, Waterford Hills, the Coke car which is NA turned 1:19s, This car did 1:15s. I never drove it, so can't say how much is driver vs car, but it's a very capable car and like I said, it's fast. Just went up on PCAR Market. https://www.pcarmarket.com/auction/1...-928-race-car/
