Default Question Damaged or scrap rear bumper / fender anybody?

Does anybody have a damaged or scrap rear fender / bumper kicking around? All I want off it is the cut out where the exhaust exits the skirt, cut about 15cm all round. I am fitting a twin exit exhaust to my 95 GTS and it would be easier to cut in an existing exit port than to create a new one. Happy to pay. Pic attached of what I need!

This is the cut out section I would like.

You can actually bend the factory material (Polyurethane) with a heat gun and some patience. It's stronger than using a cutout as well and wont eventually crack.

Default Any more options?

Hmmm interesting, maybe a little experimentation would be required. Many thanks for that, I have chatted to my body guy and he still prefers finding a cut out if possible to get an exact match, he's worried that with heat, there may be some deflection or distortion in the local area around the cut out. Has anybody got any actual hands on experience of forming with heat?

This was tailed on a 6 year old thread on insurance and repair strategies. It deserves its own thread.
