Well I am going to have to miss this year. Unfortunately between work and family there is no way I can get both on the schedule. I do have a room at the Hampton and I can probably call them and switch it over to someone else. If anyone wants the room just send me a PM, first come gets it.
I hope everyone has a great time and will see you all next year!

All,
Look forward to seeing y'all this coming weekend!
As we are now about 4 days out, wanted to touch base on a couple things.
We've got 2 groups for Saturday.
-COTA group to watch the Vintage Races
-Wine/BEER/BBQ - Fun Run.
Roger is leading the COTA group, I'll lead the Cruise.
My group will head out at 1000 on Saturday. Our first Stop is about 45min-hour away at Mike's on the Loop just north of Fredericksburg.

They are opening early for our group @ 1100, so we won't have to fight any lines.
They have great beer/wine/bbq.
After lunch, we have several options not necessarily in this order. 3 to start with, but we'll have more options to discuss. About 1/2 of those coming want to do the cruise, so those coming feel free to stay with the big group or break off on your own.

Laura has 2 separate reservations for Dinner at Bay View Restaurant as nobody can accomodate our large group due to employee shortages.
There will be a 5:30 group and a 7:30 group.

Looking forward to seeing everyone Friday.
I am going to start the journey down tomorrow. Anyone need/want anything from Midwest? I will try and grab a case of random local beer on the way out tomorrow.

Thanks Chuck and thanks Roger for a fantastic weekend in Marble Falls! This is my first 928 event, I got my 928 in February this year. Being new to the 928 community (but not to Porsche, I have had 7 before the 928), this has given me the opportunity to get to know interesting and knowledgeable people, and hopefully new friends. I hope that there will more events like this one, and more often than once a year. Maybe the local guys around Houston could gather more often?
