OK gang, I'm starting to put things together in more detail (no - you can't register yet - soon I promise ).
If you have read through the above posts and the links, there is a lot going on during car week - the PVGP is actually a 10 day affair, and starts the weekend before with the Friday night Black Tie affair, on July 15th, followed by the Sat and Sun Big Bore Historics at Pitt Race (Jul 16 - 17). These are fun things to do, and all are welcome and no special invitations are needed.
Then Monday is the Walnut Street Invitational Car Show - this is an invitational and limited event. I can get maybe a couple of special sharks in if I know Soon if anyone wants to do that show (link for details: https://www.pvgp.org/walnut-street/)
Also, Thursday evening is the Jet Center Party. Again, I am looking for a few SPECIAL, significant, historical sharks for this show (link for details: https://www.pvgp.org/events/jetcenter/).
Please let me know if any of you who are coming wish to participate in these two special events, so that I can make the arrangements now to get your 928 listed. The PVGP is preparing the marketing materials and the Program now, and I am writing an article for it, so please let me know what you are bringing and whether you'll want to do the Monday Walnut Street Show and/or the Thursday Jet Center Party. All other activities are open to anyone without special invitation or arrangements.

We are still planning on coming although we are in the early stages of a major home remodel, hopefully it won't get in the way. Got Covid a few weeks back, all better now so that's out of the way for a while. I would love to be in the Walnut Street event but I don't think my car is special enough to qualify.

Spoke with Ed - sounds like a serious good time is going to be had. I'm seriously contemplating another 2 week-ish, mind clearing, semi-lonewolf tour of several US states, while I wander to Pittsburgh, similar to what I did on my way out to the Badlands in 2020.
May be looking to leave home (Florida) on July 15th and return on July 31st. I wouldn't mind getting up to Michigan at some point. Looking forward to hearing about Caravans.

Room booked.
Covid restrictions are not completly down yet but I'm fairly optimistic that they will be by July.
Can't wait for another great 928 event.
Been to long since the last one I attended (Frenzy 2019)...

Outstanding Bertrand. Everyone coming should make sure and book the rooms soon, as the hotel is filling out quickly now.
As to registration, that is not in my hands, as I am waiting for the ARPCA to open it up for PVGP registration, and for the Rendezvous registration to open up. Rmember, there will be 2 registrations if you are bringing a 928 - one for the PVGP BUT only through the ARPCA (my regional PCA club) and the other through the Rendezvous registration. If you are not bringing a 928, then you'll only need to register for the Rendezvous portion.
One other thing - some are coming without 928's and would like to pair up with those coming solo. Please post if you would be willing to share your passenger seat during the Fri- Sun event.
Thanks!

I did not want to take any chance not getting a room so I went ahead booking this morning!
Funny that you mention sharing the passenger seat as Rich Andrade just asked me for a seat few days ago.
I accepted of course.
Can't wait to see you all!
