Default ‘90 under pod cover, does it exist???

I’m putting my pod back together on my new to me ‘90 airbag car and it looks like I’m missing a piece under the pod similar to what the pre ‘90 cars without airbags have, #20 in first pic. The pet for the ‘90 doesn’t show it, I can’t remember removing it and I can’t find it around the garage anywhere, but it looks like I’m missing something under there. Can someone with an airbag car confirm or deny this piece exists or better yet take a picture of the bottom of the pod with the covers in place please so I can see what this bugger looks like.

Oh duh,
20 is the trim panel for the early pod and covers the potentiometers.
Thanks Dave your right, thats not a part for the 90 cars.
I should not use a phone when checking in things are small.

It (#20) does not exist on airbag 928s.
The first diagram is for pre-airbag 928s.
The second diagram is for airbag 928s.

thanks Stan and Dave.

I see what your saying Dave and that’s what is strange and the reason I posted. It’s like there is a piece missing from the pet. I still have left little open spots on the far right and left on the under side of the pod for little trim screws almost like what would have went into #20. I have some left over screws and this car wasn’t missing any pieces that I can remember under there. I can also vaguely remember, it was a couple of weeks ago, taking a piece that was similar to #20 off this car when I was removing the pod, but can’t be sure because I can’t find it. Hopefully, someone will post a pic and will solve my mystery.

There are just two little demi-covers, mirror images of each other.

The difference between the two dashes is 90 onwards is digidash. The intermittent wiper potentiometer and instrument lighting potentiometer are mounted on the face of the dash on digidash cars and on the underneath of the dash on pre digidash cars.

Not for 89. They have the digidash but have the potentiometers mounted underneath like the early cars. It's a pre and post airbag split.

Can somebody tell me what the large plug under the steering column is? It’s about the size of a LH plug and the only thing in it is a none factory jumper that connects two pins. I’ve heard others talk about it and this jumper, but not what it was for

RDK System - tire pressure monitoring box has been removed and disabled.

Not exactly. You can find 1990 and 1991 RoW 928's without airbags and they do have the front potentiometers.
