Send me a PM with your cell number and I'll be in touch. It's spring break next week for many, so not sure who will be around, but maybe we can at least get a happy hour together.

We've got a happy hour planned at Senate Avenue Brewing tomorrow around 6-6:30 to meet up with Jeff. All are welcome. There are also a few folks coming over to my place before the happy hour, around 3, to use my lift. PM me if your interested in stopping by.

Jeff,

Thanks for giving us a reason to get together. It was good to see you and your beautiful, near perfect car.

I think we set a new record, lifting 5 928s in about 3 hours.

It was also fun to meet Tom (Boxster) who is interested in 928s and just wanted to come and learn about them.

The beer and food were awesome, where Slownrusty joined us later.

Thanks Don and all! It was a fun event at your garage, and good to get the car on the lift to discover all the things I didn't know about... LOL

What about a 928 country back road trip this weekend? The weather forecast looks perfect.
We could meet at Buc-ee's in Waller (HWY290), take FM362 to Navasota, and then FM3090 to Carlos, Tx and have lunch at Yankee's Tavern and Grill... And then drive the twisty FM3090 back to Navasota, and take FM1155 from Washington on the Brazos to Chappell Hill, where we could visit Texas Star Winery...??? The whole thing would take around 4-5 hours.

Fly911,

I'll be tied up with a wedding this weekend, but feel free to organize a drive using the Google Group. If you are a member and send an email to Houston928s@google.com, everyone will get it. You might need more notice to get a good turnout for a drive though.
