Default Proper part # for ISV?

1989 S4

In the process of ordering parts for an intake refresh (brought on by an Idle Stabilizer Valve that has bit the dust).

Read a article about the ISV that listed part numbers - it stated the part number was 928 606 161 00 (or 0280 140 509 for the Bosch part or 13411286065 for the BMW version).

The same article shows a pic of the ISV from some site, but the part number is 928 606 161 01 (or 0280 140 512 for Bosch).

Now, when searching the first set of part numbers, the ISV has a 3-prong plug-in, whereas the second set of part numbers shows 2-prong plug-in - both ISV's look identical. Also found the same 2-prong ISV listed for a Volvo.

Has anyone with an 88-up 928 replaced their ISV and if so, did it have a 3-prong or 2-prong plug-in?

Thanks!

@Jeff928S4 , funny coincidence: I just had to replace the ISV on my 1989 S4 manual. The Bosch P/N of the original ISV is 0 280 140 515...and it has a 2-prong plug in.
