If you have shorter STIFFER springs and the proper matching shocks, I would think handling would be MUCH enhanced! That should eliminate bottoming out.Wider rubber will also contribute to this set-up. THE PORSCHE FACTORY race 928 is sitting a lot lower than stock. Just keep eyes open for debris, bumps and big holes.

I will let you know when I get mine set up. I suppose if you are some soft old fuddy duddy that likes a 60's cadillac brougham ride than it's not for you, but i like a go-cart feel.

That’s quite funny - no stock height 928 has ever been in danger of rolling over at speed in turns, but whatever. Yes, there are certain handling characteristics that are improved by lowering but it takes more than just springs. Other adaptations need to be made as well.

Nobody is talking about rolling over. But body roll is a real thing, especially if you drive hard. So is dive in hard braking. From what I have seen on here and in person is that few people do drive hard. When I bought my last daily car, a fiesta ST, which handled GREAT, I test drove a subaru brz. The BRZ handled like nothing I have driven, ZERO ROLL. Go-Kart like ride with no downside that I could feel. I guess it's the old GT3 argument.

I've got the adjustable koni's, all other bits will be new. I've read all the scrub radius stuff and everything else. The 928 was set-up soft for its market, old ladies in Hamburg.

I want to replicate the BRZ feel in my 928. Everyone lives at a different level, I am just a little more particular. You act like one size fits all. Good thing we are not talking about fitness here.

Your quote, not mine - you said roll over, and you did not mention body roll. That is what I was responding to. Body roll is obviously a different concept, and yes, suspension mods affect that, as does ride height. No need to be snarky.

For all intents and purposes I think the high ride height on the OBs made sense, as contemporary marketing shows these cars driving down long and stoney country club driveways and even muddy back roads.

When they introduced the S, both the standard ride height plus the recessed rear wheel arches looked at odds with the car in my opinion. By then they knew customers were demanding a faster and more sporting vehicle, and those two features don't match the image. Good thing suspension adjustments and wheel spacers are easy modifications to make. Essential for the S and S2 I really do think. They should have looked like that straight from the factory.
