This color is starting to grow on me...
Put another 5 miles on it, (total 6,326). Topped it off with fresh Rec fuel. Warmed it up fully, then cycled all of the systems and even the AC works perfectly.
There is just something about an ultra low mile 1987 928 S4 5-speed with LSD.
Now to get the original wheels re-shod with period correct Pirellis or Bridgestones...

Sometimes even a Hammer is pretty!

I have been a longtime fan of the looks of the Guigario designed De Tomaso Mangusta.
I do not have many photos of them but even on a rainy day in Japan this car has a certain and distinctive appeal...

I was with the 928 at the Classic Motorshow in City Bremen.
A lot of nice 928 club contacts and a nice Lancia special exhibition.
Also 50 years VW Rabbit.
How small a Stratos is.
Mercedes R 129 still raise every year in price!
Cars of the fourthys, and fifty’s had a shrinking fan base, owners are dying and younger people like younger cars.
In the park house is a classic car market, on the Facebook account is a picture table of the cars. I put the link under the text.
Parts market looks not attractive, it’s going the way of the Dodo.
The S runs 255 on dry Autobahn, nice start in the saison!

Ok, this Vector is going in here also, the wedge shape you know... Insanely rare car with insane features and speed capability. I feel a little sorry for J.Weigert that this didn't get further. Ahead of his time, no comprimise man, outrageously expensive and some other prototype issues was the beginning of the end for this piece. Yes there was the wx-3 and wx-8 but they never got anywhere. The megatech "diablo" vector M12 is not worthy of the Vector name in my opinion. Megatech totally reworked it, different car all together other than som outside designelements... J.Weigert 2021 R.I.P..
