Default Fuel and Ignition Maps for Stock MAF and SuperMAF

For those that may have need of these in the future, especially when converting to an aftermarket ECU, attached are spreadsheets with stock MAF and SuperMAF fuel and ignition maps for:

928 S4
928 GT
928 GTS

The file names are self explanatory. I've included them individually as well as in a single ZIP file for easier downloading. There is no difference between the contents of the ZIP file and the individual Excel files.

Of note:

-According to the SharkTuner, there is no difference between the fuel maps for the S4, GT and GTS. I'm not saying that's true of the original BINs, only that the SharkTuner makes no distinction between them.
-The ZIP file also contains screenshots of the Fuel/Ignition Parameters screens and the O2 Activation Threshold screens.

I'm planning on MS'ing my OB, curious to know what the differences between the 16V vs 32V engines would be timing wise. Thanks for the logs!

Knock sensors..that's the difference, and it's huge.

Ive seen what an OB looks like timing wise, but I cant find it.

If you go standalone, install knock sensors, or stay OE..I dont think there's a lot there without them.

I haven't seen the OEM ignition map for a 16v 928 motor. But, I would venture to guess that it's substantially different since it's a different head design. You have a few options:

1) Ask someone like @PorKen if they can provide you with the OEM ignition map. I'm pretty sure that he has a copy of it for the 16v motors.
2) Use a tool to create an ignition map: http://useasydocs.com/theory/spktable.htm
3) Ask someone who has created a map for the 16v motor if they would share it with you: https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...l#post18298372

I don't know how to politely address the comment about not going with an aftermarket ECU without knock sensors without it leading into yet another thread full of inaccuracies stated as facts. So, I'll leave that comment alone and assume that since you're considering a MS, you know enough to do the same and proceed based on verifiable facts while pursuing your personal objectives.

Feel free to contact me offline if I can be of assistance. You've probably already seen my thread on my MS conversion: https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...onversion.html

The polite way would just say you don't agree. Fewer words, less side eye.
