It appears the smoked and clear side markers are no longer produced by the manufacturer, does anyone still stock them in 2022?

Yes, that is what I'm looking for, but they're discontinued and out of stock indefinitely.

The 928M side markers also used untreated mild steel for lugs. They rust like crazy. It's probably a good thing you can't get them anymore.

That's very disappointing. Glad I got mine when I did as I much prefer the look.

I have a mix of the smoke and clear side markers and clear front corner lenses depending on the car color. BTW, I also haven't had any rust issues with them and have used them on 3 cars, the oldest being installed for 7 years now.

At one time, I think maybe Jim Doer at 928Classics used to sell them, but maybe he was reselling the 928MS ones.

LEDs in fog lights overpower the amber parking lights when in use so just look bright white

Same LEDs in Auxiliary High Beams. This one came with an HID headlight kit and when I need new bulbs, I'll choose a color temperature that matches the others around 6000.

I have an old set of side marker lenses in clear I purchased for my GTS years ago but never installed. These were the type you had to cut the orange lense off and glue these on.

As a followup, I put smoked side markers on my car in the fall of 2020 (928motorsports code LIG-LNS-SMRKR-SET-SMK Side Marker, Set of 4, 78/95 928 US - Smoked, $184). This is what the steel lugs looked like a year later. I put nylon wingnuts on them so that I can remove them if/when they rust again. I also treated the steel with phosphate.
