I hope they have had it covered. We have been getting lots of rain lately and snow before that.

Jeff Spicoli's dad is a TV repairman with a great set of tools.
I'm sure HE can fix it...or blame it all on the rival high school...

Easy fix… just the hatch with glass, rear spoiler, windshield and maybe the roof panel followed by a full paint job. 20K-30K total. I think it is worth about 25-30K realistically.

That figure is an estimated retail value. The auction has yet to start. I think it starts on the 14th.

According to the registry it has (had) around 52K miles. Interior looks really clean given the damage. Someone has also updated the registry entry too with all the pics from Copart.
Will be interesting to see what it goes for.

knowing Copart I highly doubt anything was done. They usually don’t care. So I guess this thing probably had 6 feet of snow sitting in it. I still think there is a lot of value if it purchased at The right price.

No matter what, it is a risky proposition. If the interior gets wet and the floor fills with water the electronics will be a mess. Hopefully the motor is good and at least a donor...

At this point it is only a parts car, and not enough car parts in good shape to make it worthwhile to have as a parts car.
With the exposure to the elements probably most of the electrical parts are probably fried and the interior parts that would have made it cost effective are rubbish being exposed to the elements like that.
Even if by some miracle someone dumped a **** ton of money in it it would still be a Salvage title wrecked car and won't bring in anywhere near the money you would have spent to bring it back from the dead.
